Still not a Rams believer. Let's see what they do over a whole season before we crown them.

It's not like they haven't gotten off to fast starts before.

Mcvay is 3-1 with a top offense in the NFL. Shanny 0-4 and cant score a TD in 75% of his games. lol thats pathetic

What's the Rams' offensive roster again?
Same one that ranked dead last in ypg and ppg a year ago.

What a coincidence.

Good coaching does wonders.

does wonders when you are loaded with talent. doesn't it? *cough Harbaugh*

Lol they turned their roster over almost as much as we did...Also have the 2nd youngest team in the league behind the Browns.

the Rams have been rebuilding for years. they did not have the turnover we did. now that they have a coaching staff look what's happening in combination with the talent.
And what do you call 2015 and 2016?? I know Baalke called it restocking but we were in a clear rebuild as soon as Jed fired Harbaugh. It's not like we're talentless in comparison to 04' but rather underproducing. This roster is loaded with 1st and 2nd round picks.

Rams had a lot of talent on d but their d sucks right now anyways. It's not why they're 3-1. They were 32nd on o last year and McVay has them at 1st now. He did that by upgrading the talent and developing Goff. Gurley has become a good receiving back for them too. I wonder if he could do that by settling with a bridge qb like Hoyer and transition weapons like Goodwin, Robinson?

I think if McVay is the head coach right now we're 3-1, even with the same exact roster. He would put Hoyer in a position to succeed (that position probably being on the bench).

Well, at least you admitted it.....it's not like he had any ties to our franchise....oh, wait he did (spoiler, his grandfather was John McVay. He's was right there with Walsh during the Dynasty years).

They have a qb... what part don't u understand? Hoyer sucks he's sucked everywhere he's been but John lynch shouldve recognized that and not signed him

This alone should be disturbing

Brian Hoyer-

Eww, so maybe Hoyer isn't the problem, maybe it is the coaching.

And what do you call 2015 and 2016?? I know Baalke called it restocking but we were in a clear rebuild as soon as Jed fired Harbaugh. It's not like we're talentless in comparison to 04' but rather underproducing. This roster is loaded with 1st and 2nd round picks.

where was our FA the past 2 years?? What did we do besides have a standard draft? THIS is the first official year of the re-build. also, he called it a "reload", but that was BS. and baalke NEVER addressed the offense in the draft because he was a defensive-minded guy. AA isn't panning out. our defense is ranked 15th against the run this year vs. 32nd last year. Our QB is underproducing/talentless, we have backup and rookie WR's. you cant address everything in ONE offseason.

Agreed. There's no way 2015-2016 should be considered part of the rebuild. 49ers barely changed the roster except for draft picks in 15-16. A true rebuild doesn't take place until there's a conscious decision to flip the roster, which just happened in 2017.
This team leads the NFL in penalties... is absolutely incompetent inside the red zone.... but, apparently, this isn't a failure of leadership?.... this hire was mediocre at best.... McVay is a beast, and attempting to discredit his work by saying that the Rams are/were loaded is a complete disservice.... I would take McVay everyday, and twice on Sundays.
