WTF?
I think the rookie should fall in line and learn this year instead of doing stuff like this. On the other hand, running backs have a limited shelf life and sitting on the bench during your rookie contract isn't going to open any doors on a limited career. I don't know why he isn't getting more playtime (or even active on game days). Seems like Shanny abandoned the run too soon last week. Hell, Shanny would maybe have 2 superbowl wins if he wouldn't have abandoned the run and at least a half dozen more wins.

it's also not true. His twitter has him in a niner jersey. https://twitter.com/treyera

Could have just left it at "we decided to leave Dre in". But put the spot light on Ryans for the media.

Kyle is a cuck with no balls and no backbone.

NOTHING is ever his responsibility, when in fact EVERYTHING is as the CEO of all aspects of this organization outside of marketing, contracts and Levi's.
This dude cannot lead men. It's plain and simple. He let Josh Norman run circles around him mentally. He's in over his head. He's not going to relinquish power. It's not gonna happen.

Who cares Josh Norman shouldn't be on this team.

yup, I don't see how he is better (or any worse) than the rookies riding the bench?

It's Shanahan 100%
The funny thing is a lot of people on this board tried to sell us on that "Shanahan is better than Harbaugh" BS.

To Trey, how about you focus less on social media and more on putting together a better week in practice than a 6th round pick from Louisiana Lafayette. If he was killing it in practice he would be seeing the field. Kyle has no bizarre axe to grind, he simply wants whoever gives the best chance to win out there. Right now that is not T. Sermon.

Couple this with Aiyouk and shanny having words and it seems like shanny is handling the rooks wrong. He's rubbing guys the wrong way. Whats it gonna take? A few other rooks bailing on this coach to prove to the FO that this team has serious head coaching issues?

Doesn't take much for a coach to lose a locker room. If that happens, its a whole new ballgame.

If rooks want to bail on coach don't let the door hit em on the way out. Rooks don't run this team.

Harbaugh wasnt that great either... his strength was putting together a coaching staff. After that he was just a whiny b*tch on the sidelines. Shanahan had a good staff but gets raided every year and thinks he keeps finding the next prodigies. When the guys that get raided know everyone in the same circle as Shanny, the cupboard becomes bare.

Harbaugh was 44-19-1 in his tenure with the Niners. He's the only guy the Yorks have hired that had consistent success.

If Harbaugh "wasn't that great" and he is by far the most successful coach the Yorks have hired, what does that say about every other hire they've made?

Maybe, just maybe, the family running this organization doesn't know what they're doing. I know, crazy thought.

I mean, the reason Kyle Shanahan(a rookie head coach at the time) was given full control over the roster, was because nobody talented wanted to work for the Yorks after how they treated Harbaugh unless they got full control.

That's not the point... but yes Norman should be gone.

That was one of JH strengths, his other strength was that he was a true leader with a plan. JH created an environment that weeded out softness.
The head coaches job is to hire the best staff possible, not just yes men. When has KS had a good staff and who is taking all of these great coaches away from him?

JH Created the best practice plans (we practice hard for 3 hours because the game is 3 hours long), motivated the team, coaches (gotta work as hard as JH), and fan base (remember; Who's got it better than us?). Those were some of the most physical teams (with a F) that I've ever seen around here. Also, what you call whinny I call passion. JH wanted to win everything and felt like people were cheating him when his stuff didn't work because he believed in everything he did 100%.

Kyle is okay with his current win-loss record, looks for excuses, and shows the body language of someone who has been defeated (most of the time). Both Kyle & JH have fathers that coached, Harbaugh instilled everything his dad taught him into his coaching philosophy "Who's got it better than us" came from his dad. "Attack this day" came from his dad. His dad had two sons playing for a SB title!

Kyle's dad won SB titles as a O.C & as a HC, yet I don't see Kyle using the winning blue print. Seems like he is more hell bent on doing it HIS way.

Well...

He got a loaded roster and put together a staff to take advantage of it. Baalke struck magic in his first draft and FA signings... that wasnt harbaugh. And then the wheels fell off and players were just over him. Players would literally walk away from him when he was throwing tantrums on the sidelines. He had the most success which is true and gave fans something to be excited about with his Rah Rah attitude. If he were so great it would of been Baalke that got kicked to the curb not Harbs. After his first year Baalke's all ACL drafts did almost nothing for this team, yet that was still valued over whatever Harbs brought to the table... which was players over his BS and tuning him out.

The yorks are a totally different discussion, but I agree they suck. Jed is better than his parents but that isnt exactly a high bar to clear.
Shanny is getting exactly what he deserves after all the bad decisions he's made.
