I don't mean to sound impatient, but we must have the laziest GM in the NFL.

It's 11 days until our next game and 13 days until the deadline. Just something to keep in mind. Kinda shocking we already made a big-ish move tbh.

I think since Buck told other teams he wanted to be a Niner it made the trade much easier to make. Should be a few more teams that lose this week that will now be open for business.

A waste of valuable time, money and draft picks.
Brandon Aiyuk was an All Pro and had multiple 1k receiving seasons.
Jimmy G wasn't drafted by the 49ers, and he was a solid QB that peaked as a Top 10 guy and helped lead them to some deep playoff runs.
Sounds like you just wanna cherry pick things to b***h about.
Try this exercise: Pay attention to ANY team in the NFL besides the 49ers. Super Bowl winner, mid team, bottom feeder- your pick. After you do, you'll notice that literally every single team whiffs on at least 50% of their draft picks, and most of them don't draft or acquire even close to the amount of Pro Bowlers and HOFer's that the 49ers do.
Hope life gets better for you, bro.
2nd team all pro 1 year*
Wouldn't have even been that ANYWHERE except in Kyle's system.
Jimmy G: $137 million, injured in 2018, 2020, 2021, and 2022. That's about 4 seasons for the qb position. Not much to show for after leaving the 49ers.
Trey Lance: 3 first round picks lost. That's at least 3 seasons. Not much to show for after leaving the 49ers.
Brandon Aiyuk: Ruined the 49ers' opportunity to pursue another qualified wide receiver. This is the ~3rd season without a legitimate #1
From a negative perspective, these three players have cost the 49ers the most over the last decade. Yes, John Lynch has done some good things too. Sure, hits and misses are part of life. At the same time, have to wonder what Kyle would have done with all those picks, money invested elsewhere and most importantly, time.

Facts are every GM has good and bad moves but Lynch has had way more good moves vs bad ones and anyone saying otherwise is nuts, yes we need better picks in the first 3 rounds but the last 3 drafts look really good with them finding quality players like
Renardo Green, Dominick Puni and Malik Mustapha in 2024
Mykel Williams, Upton Stout, Marques Sigle and Connor Colby in 2025
Kaelon Black, Romello Height, Gracen Halton and Jaden Dugger in 2026
Not to mention others with upside like Jordan Watkins, Jordan James, Kurtis Rourke, Ephesians Prysock, Carver Willis, Tatum Bethune, hell you can't count our Alfred Collins, CJ West, Enrique CruZ and others
Plus we still need to see Stribling in action for more than a handful of snaps
not to mention the trades and FA signings we've made, Juice, CMC, Trent, Evans, bringing back Dre, Deebo, Buckner now so please show me 5-10 GMs who has done more than this, cause I just don't see it, sure Veach, Snead, Schneider, Roseman are all there or above him but not sure who else, maybe Ravens and Bills GMs are there but not ahead of him IMO

I also love how the same group wants to pint out Trey Lance trade or the Buckner trade or whatever else you want to point out but don't tell me the guys I've named and everyone else hasn't had a bad move or two, like c'mon, I can name more moves, drafted Warner in 3rd, Kittle in 5th, McKivitz in 5th, Lenoir in 5th, Brock in the 7th, even Deebo in the 2nd was a good pick, oh Dre in the 5th was a great pick, Jauan in the 7th was a great pick, getting guys like Breida, Mason, Bourne, Moseley and others as UDFAs who all helped us, yeah we messed up with the Lance trade but than that they haven't messed up as bad as that

I agree with the sentiment overall, but the Lance trade is one that usually gets you fired. Brock saved all, but if that timing was off at least Lynch would have been fired.
It's fair to point out how bad it was, no need to harp on it though, getting Brock with the last pick was probably as good as the trade was bad so they've cancelled each other out.
Lance trade was probably the 2nd or 3rd worse in history behind Deshaun and Herschel Walker. Brock pick is probably 2nd best behind Brady.

FYI for those freaking out over Maxx Crosby being dealt to the Seahawks, they can't afford it right now, any team trading for him
needs minimum of $15m in cap room and they have $3.121m right now and you can redo a deal at time of the trade is made official so they'd need LV to eat money or well not sure if they have anyone they can redo to make the deal work

I dont think colby, stout and black are quality players from what I have seen so far. They are only playing a lot because we dont have depth in those positions, but i am sure colby is like one of the worst guards in the league.

Huh? Colby is doing really good right now, only bad thing Black did was a fumble and it's not like CMC has never fumbled, as for Stout he's been a good player
