Cause juice is a real 49er and knows he belongs here. Juice will be a diehard 49er even after he retires.

Wasn't a pick 6, but this so far looks like its working out in our favor...
Seems we don't need tackles now.

Harbaughs not going to give us khalil mack just out of spite. He's the kind of dude who would do that.

Would rather have yaya Diaby if we can pry him from the bucs...

We have had a few of those.. no? can't you see the dire situation mounting with all these injuries? Deebo is still an it candidate, Bosa is out again, I think we have seen this movie before. Maybe Monday night will open some eyes in here.

The 49er Dr Pepper fan club can be a bit much.
can't handle the 49ers success i see

You can't see what is tight in front of you. We have a chance to win it all this year and to sit back and not add will lead to another year of the chiefs dancing on our graves. That doesn't sit well with me. I want to beat them in the regular season and in the post season. You ok with sitting back and counting on a crew that continues to dwindle week after week? You want to put your eggs in the stribbling basket even though he has played how many games? Dr Pepper fan club a.. real cute dude. If we don't add we will be wasting a hell of an opportunity to get the chiefs monkey off our back. But sure, let's just stick to what we have in the building and call it good. S**t we have an unproven rookie coming back week 12.. maybe.. to save the day.

I want to make sure we can shut down the run (in case we do face Kenneth Walker and KC) along with getting after to passer. That reads run stuffer inside and pass rusher outside. Hoping a healthy CJ West can move the needle but even last year he wasn't that good. Between being better against the run and the way our offense can score (another form of run D) should make us even more dangerous against playoff teams.

As for Stribling, no issue counting on him. They arent expecting him to give us 5 catches a game. He is one guy of many- Evans, Robinson, Kirk, Samuel, Cooks, and Robinson. Watkins or Cowing may contribute something lol.
Would someone remind me how Deforest left?

Both him and Arik Armstead wanted new contracts. We chose Armstead and traded Buckner because apparently we couldn't sign both

A team that trades for him right now would owe him about $14.9M for this season and then he's a free agent. That number goes down each week.

I think the choice was
- keep armstead and ward.
or just defo

Defo got us a first and we used it on kinlaw, which was obviously a bust.
As others have pointed out, the Colts need to fire their GM first, before they trade Buckner to restock for the next guy. And I can't see them doing it midseason. Perhaps if the offer is aggressive bid the owner may pull rank and go over the dead duck GM's head. I have no idea what would be an aggressive bid in terms of round, but I don't believe nickel and diming would do it.

But I'd love to see him back, and despite his being on the record that he was upset at being traded I don't think he would mind coming back to a championship chasing team.

The same holds for whoever we might want to get from the Chargers. I don't see Harbaugh surviving this debacle, so any resentment of the 49ers from him would not be the main issue.

I still remember when the Colts hired him and everyone here was like "see? Nobody wants to work here He's a 'wolf-alpha' and will win many rings with the Colts mark my words!"
