What about just doing a better job? Shouldn't these guys be held accountable?

I've said it before, I'm all for keeping Shanahan. He's a top 5 coach in the league. But Lynch? I don't even think he's the one making the roster decisions. I'm pretty sure that's Shanahan and if it is, then he can't be allowed anywhere near roster building and needs to stick to coaching.

Our current staff and FO consistently puts this squad in a position to win, and that's the mark of a good organization. Eventually, you break through. Or you don't. But what you don't do is scrap a good thing because you haven't achieved the greatest success yet.

The problem is people like you lack the patience and perspective to even conceive of how to run an organization.

This guy just spams the same bs daily.

The Rams trade their picks at the back end of the 1st and 2nd rounds for proven stars like Jalen Ramsey, Von Miller and Matthew Stafford and win a SB. Now they trade for Trent McDuffie and Myles Garrett and sign them to extensions.

They know they only have a year, maybe two with Stafford so they go all in.

While we reach 2 or 3 rounds on guys and trade / release everyone and don't make a single impact move with an aging roster and a home Super Bowl.

Our Oline is going to be destroyed 4 times a year. If we thought the Seahawks D was good where we scored 26 points in 3 games wait until we play that Rams D.

I doubt the offensive genius Shanahan has our offense score 26 in the 4 games combined vs the Rams and Hawks

Season 10 and you guys still think that Lynch is the one making the calls

I just read the article about the Niners being one of the favorites to win the SB. They trail the Rams, Seahawks and a couple of AFC teams but they're still one of the top contenders. How often have we seen where the Niners were one of the pre season favorites. Nearly every year since Lynch and Kyle rebuilt the team. I know fans want that title but at least they're in contention every year. Better than entering each season knowing you have no chance.

Are there better GMs. Sure. Better coaches. Sure. How many teams have a GM/HC combo that's been together as long as John and Kyle? How many have been to 2 SBs and 2 other NFC title games? I want another Lombardi too but at least I know my team has a good shot at getting to the SB.
