One thing I would love to see is the names behind the so called golden helmets (or whatever they call them). Supposedly Kyle John and the scouts assigned 30 of them.
Golden helmets are character awards given out to guys that check every box on a list they have. They use that plus the talent evaluation plus other criteria in setting up there board. Lynch said they had 16 guys with golden helmets in this draft. Guys they've acknowledged in the past as Golden Helmet guys are Solomon Thomas, George Kittle, Fred Warner, Colton McKivitz, Trey Lance, Talanoa Hufanga, Ji'Ayir Brown, Brayden Willis, and now Stribling.
Good info.
i didn't realize it was strictly character. Clearly Aiyuk, Foster, and Sermon were not golden helmet types. But from the names provided they must really value them more than other measurables. .
ShanaLynch isn't going anywhere as long as they keep Purdy alive and we'll. I almost guarantee it.
