We've drafted 6 RB (spent wayyyy more draft capital) and none of the RBs we've taken have amounted to s**t.
The most career rushing yards out of any of them is sermon with like 500!
they've had vastly more success with UDFAs. Yet they keep throwing picks in the trash with this position.
Bobby turner needs to be put out to pasture or some s**t.
I'm putting this on Kyle man. This was a historically bad RB draft and we drafted one in the 3rd with massive holes on our roster. Kyle's still a great coach but he needs to be removed from any personnel decision making.

Jed has never hired a top quality GM candidate from outside the organization.
Don't know that they have to go outside though. Their internal guys might be very good. We just don't know because it's clear Kyle is being deferred to on day 2s of drafts. 3rd questionable rb taken in the 3rd now in 10 years. No way the scouts are greenlighting that.

On top of incompetence, he was fired by Minnesota for takings a two week paternity leave during training camp. We're not talking about a player or a mother. We're talking about a guy in his 40s not giving a s**t about his team.
So, a FO with years of draft ineptitude decided to compound that by adding someone who's the opposite as what they supposedly want from players (leave, breathe football).
Keep Kyle. Fire Lynch. Clear out this f**king dysfunctional FO and bring in a competent GM and team to lead every draft and contractual decision.
There is absolutely zero problem with a father taking two weeks off to welcome their child to the world. A GM does absolutely nothing during early training Camp. There was absolutely no complaint the year he actually did this and the team was successful. They didn't b***h till the next year when they had a s**t rookie qb andhe was actually gone. He got fired for drafting jj and getting rid of Sam point blank. Probably deserved but you take a qb high 1st you have to play them and hope they hit for the low contract. I am certain he wishes he signed Sam.

You ever play madden, scout someone all year, fall in love with him, another teams snipes him above his adp and you sit there thinking I should've over drafted him a bit? Thats what we do but consistently 3-4 rounds early smh

Same man, just don't get it. Atleast Mike Washington would have gave us a little excitement instead of the 15th ranked rb
It just feels like they always have to prove they're the smartest in the room. Value makes no damn sense. They had a chance to have a statement making draft tonight and it seems like they pissed down their legs instead.

Lynch better be going after Bitonio and Bosa after the draft with all the cap space we we'll have.

yes it is KAM who is reponsible for taking yet another RB in the third round, that b*****d. before him we did no such thing !
and Lynch, holding Kyle hostage and drafting luxury picks, how dare he ?
lol its been a decade and folks still fall for fairy tales of lynch having final say, especially on offensive players. lmao.

I personally don't think this will change under this regime (Kyle/John). These guys have contracts and Kyle had so much leverage when he was hired.
Like you mentioned earlier, his coaching and his ability to put a high quality staff around him have masked structural deficiencies in the organization (I obviously added my opinion about the structural deficiencies which you may or may not agree with).
Can you find a guy to work in parallel with Paraag who is primarily a personnel guy? I'm not sure we can, or that they'd even want to.

Only time will tell.
There are five picks in rounds 4-5 tomorrow, so let's see who they get.
Plus undrafted free agents. If there was any year an undrafted guy or two could make the roster in some position groups it would be this year.

I'd be shocked if they don't get a vet or two. Honestly need OG and S help most. Their EDGE pick tonight was pretty solid, IMO.

The last time I played Madden you could game the draft system so badly through trades it was a joke. Terrible game, lol.
This was probably a handful of years ago.

You're out of your mind if you don't think a GM has anything to do in training camp. There's currently a headcase paperweight on this team from decisions made at that time. Mensah's incompetence also goes well beyond McCarthy.

In the last two drafts they've drafted ONE offensive lineman and that was Connor Colby in the 7th f**king round.
unf**kinf believable.
