Yup. I'm sure there are. Who wouldn't want Myles Garrett at any cost?

Teams that are in are building phase would probably want to keep all their draft picks rrather than trading for someone like Garrett. He's the type of player you trade the farm for if you're set at all the other positions and are on the verge of playing n a SB.

it stems from the contract renegotiation that the browns and Garrett worked out. Part of his huge extension from last year, he has annual option bonuses that were due really early in the off season. Browns and Garrett made it where those option bonuses are due a week before the season, instead of super early in the off season. which makes it way easier to trade him. TBH, this kind of restructure almost always is due to being traded.

That doesn't mean it'll happen, but that's where this all sparked from. I think they are going to trade him - idk what comp they want or if we have a real chance at it.

Three firsts and then restructure Trent for three years extension and I'm sure he'd take a small discount for a shot at a couple of rings

There's more to this - Myles has a "no trade clause", so he has a say in the team he goes to. in case some don't know how that works - he'd have to agree to waive the No-Trade clause for any trade to happen, giving him power over his landing spot.

Three first seems a little steep for a guy who is 30+ but he's def worth it. I think it'll be more along the lines of 2 firsts and maybe some later round. I'm more than comfy trading our next two firsts - its 27th this year and hopefully a late first round pick next year. Could also send in a player.

I think it's a long shot and I dont expect it to happen but would be great.

Nah, it's 20%. Just because they're loud and obnoxious they are not the majority. It just feels that way.

LOL i was going to make a joke and say something like "Wow, during Free Agency and with the draft a few weeks away - this is what he's doing? no wonder we always miss in the first three rounds". hahaha

I'm torn whether garrett is worth 3 firsts. If we were truly SB ready and a myles garrett away, then sure let's do it. I'm also torn if we're 1 player away. Sometimes I think so, sometimes I feel delusional. One thing is for sure, we need to get younger and we need Mykel Williams to be a dude

There's a very short list of players I'd do a trade like that for in the history of the NFL. Myles Garrett is on that list. I doubt we could handle his contract but if we could make it work I'd 100% sleep like a baby having Garrett for three overrated draft picks.

We wasted multiple 1st rd picks for Trey Lance before so I don't see why we shouldn't do it for a proven Garrett if given the chance.
Lynch, GO GET MYLES GARRETT. YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PASS RUSHER IN THE DRAFT. WHO'S BETTER THAN HIM THAT YOU CAN PICK?YOU GAVE UP A TON OF PIX FOR TREY. YOU CAN BE MORE CONFIDENT THIS TIME

Do you feel as though Mykel Williams, Ricky Pearsall and say Omar Cooper are our future?
Does Garrett fit cap wise?

If Trey Lance was, Garrett surely is

Short-term. Long-term will need some work.
