That's 72 players currently signed for 2026, of course the majority of the reserve/futures guys won't make it to TC, and Aiyuk is a goner, but I see the following making it as of now, bolded are the ones I see making it either as locks or as of now, until they bring in better players, 46 of them, of course Kittle likely begins on PUP, and again not all are locked into spots.

QB: Brock Purdy(2030)/ Mac Jones(2026)/ Kurtis Rourke(2028)/ Adrian Martinez(2026)
RB: Christian McCaffrey(2027)/ Jordan James(2028)/ Isaac Guerendo(2027)/ Patrick Taylor Jr.(2026)
FB: Kyle Juszcyzk(2026)
WR: Mike Evans(2028)/ Ricky Pearsall(2027)/ Demarcus Robinson(2026)/ Jordan Watkins(2028)/ Jacob Cowing(2027)/ Malik Turner(2026)/ Junior Bergen(2026)/ Colten Dowell(2026)/ Brandon Aiyuk(2028)
TE: George Kittle(2029)/ Jake Tonges(2027)/ Luke Farrell(2027)/ Brayden Willis(2026)/ Hayden Rucci(2026)
C: Jake Brendel(2026)/ Drake Nugent(2026)
LG: Brett Toth(2026)/ Connor Colby(2028)/ Nick Zaklej(2026)
RG: Dominick Puni(2027)/ Zachary Thomas(2026)
LT: Trent Williams(2026)/ Vederian Lowe(2027)/ Austen Pleasants(2026)
RT: Colton McKivits(2028)/ Brandon Parker(2026)/ Isaac Alarcón(2026)

DE: Nick Bosa(2028)/ Mykel Williams(2028)/ Keion White(2026)/ Sam Okuayinonu(2026)/ William Bradley-King(2026)/ Andrew Farmer II(2026)
DT: Osa Odighizuwa(2028)/ Alfred Collins(2028)/ Sebastian Valdez(2026)
NT: C.J. West(2028)/ Evan Anderson(2026)
WLB: Dre Greenlaw(2026)/ Dee Winters(2026)/ Nick Martin(2028)/ Jalen Graham(2026)
MLB: Fred Warner(2029)/ Tatum Bethune(2027)/ Garret Wallow(2026)
SLB: Luke Gifford(2027)/ Milo Eifler(2026)
CB: Deommodore Lenoir(2029)/ Renardo Green(2027)/ Upton Stout(2028)/ Nate Hobbs(2026)/ Darrell Luter Jr.(2026)/ Eli Apple(2026)/ Tre Tomlinson(2026)/ Jakob Robinson(2027)
FS: Ji'Ayir Brown(2026)/ Siran Neal(2026)/ Derrick Canteen(2026)/ Darrick Forrest(2026)
SS: Malik Mustapha(2027)/ Marques Sigle(2028)

PK: Eddy Piñeiro(2029)
P: N/A
LS: Jon Weeks(2026)

Still have needs, 6 draft picks, likely have $12M in cap room before redoing anyone and extending Trent's deal, which can save them over $33M in cap room, but they need IMO 1-2 WRs, 1 TE, LG, T, EDGE, another IDL, 1 more CB, FS, and P, but that's my opinion, also maybe another RB unless they retain Robinson.

Would love to get Joey Bosa or Cam Jordan at EDGE, also an EDGE in the draft would be nice, wouldn't mind a veteran FS added, maybe another CB, but if we just get Bosa or Jordan I'd be very satisfied with this offseason TBH, one of Lynch's best offseasons, plus other than Trent, no one is up for an extension, don't even see anyone really being up for one in the next year or 2, which is great for the cap IMO.
Welp both the starting DE's wont be ready at the start of week 1 so yeah i say they will bring in a FA or 2 and Draft some 1 there also

Idk, with how modern medicine is, and how Bosa came back quickly last time, I think he might be back, he was hurt week 3, so that's what? Almost a year afterward, I don't remember when Mykel got hurt.

I wouldn't mind signing cam Jordan or Bosa but I think there are some quality trades out there to be made to fill some holes - such as TE and a DE.

i really would like to see us acquire more d line talent. Teams like the Seattle Seahawks and eagles have great pass rush options and quality players across the line

Not long after bosa, maybe week 8 or so. They've both had a long time to heal up for this next year. Sucks Mykel doesn't get a full off season of
Training but hope he still improves. He was awesome

Agree, hoping he can return and improve.

I wouldn't mind trading for Greenard either, he's cheaper than Crosby, he's be about $18.89M in cap room needed, only 1yr left though but Minnesota apparently wants a 2nd for him, I'd do a 4th at best or 2 of our 4th's, but that might be too many picks, we need to have a good amount of draft picks to help replenish the roster, plus the rookie deals will be helpful in the future, but Im all for the idea of just going all in as long as they keep some cap room to carryover into 2027.

week 1 would be a dream return but still have high hopes for that also, thing its his 3rd major injury dating back to his high school days.

wasnt Mykel vs Colts week 12 or something. in any case still need some fresh bodies to compete

Nick Bosa is expected to be cleared to play by the start of training camp in mid-to-late July 2026. Following a torn ACL sustained in September 2025, his recovery is progressing well, and team officials are optimistic he will be fully ready for Week 1 of the 2026 NFL season.

Mykel Williams is also expected to be cleared to play by the start of training camp in late July 2026
Bosa and Mykel ready for training camp

I agree we need fresh bodies, only bring Bosa and Mykel back week 1 if they're 100% ready, but yes we need more fresh bodies.

Theres no doubt bosa will be ready by TC unless they're extra cautious, Mykel on the other hand I don't think so
With the additional $17.1M available by Bosas restructure, I wonder if there's anything big brewing ?
