What is our new biggest need? DL or interior OL?

They need to address the secondary. The safety's are some of the worst in the league.

This is honesty why I'm surprised we got Evans for "only" $20M a year. I was fully expecting $25M a year minimum.

$20M a year makes him the 24th highest paid WR in the league right now.

100%
Lynch is well aware of what their needs are. I'm guessing he prioritized signing Evans or some other proven WR before any other position because of the Jennings situation.. He may have felt that picking at #27 would make it a long shot to get anyone as good as Evans. No way they could go into next year with the often injured Pearsall as there only recieving option. Now I think they'll go DL or OL dependng on who's there when they pick. They may still pick a WR in a later round.

Denver released Greenlaw so I wonder if they'll try and bring him back.

Wouldn't be surprised at all if we still went WR early.

Me either. Evans is old and RP hasn't shown he can stay healthy. And there's no depth behind them. Cowing or Watkins gotta show us something.

You're setting me up to be disappointed.

I'd be surprised if we didn't.

I think you address the secondary first and foremost by addressing the dline. Pressures do wonders for a secondary. That was non existent most of last season.

Need the secondary to be able to stand on its own too. Not gonna happen starting Brown and Mustapaha again no matter what rushers you have.

Time to grab Bosa, Greenlaw, OG, Safety, and CB. Then head to the draft.

Not saying the secondary doesn't need attention. I'm saying the dline needs it more. Our dline statistically was among the worst in the league last season. No secondary is holding up under that.

I'd say they need it pretty equally. There's no Nick Bosa returning to help the secondary.
