I agree that Lynch seems to always be late, but the Ravens gave the Raiders an offer that there's no way we could exceed. Plus Raiders don't trade with Niners period. It's in their unwritten bylaws.
Lynch needs to make some tough decisions now, and kicking the same old can down the road doesn't bring enough long term change.
Make a Trent a decent 2 year offer with guarantees, if he balks even slightly, trade him to a team like Hou or even Tennessee who might offer a 2nd, but I would even take a high 3rd and another later round pick.
We need IOL help. Brock can elude some of the outside rush if we are developing new tackles, but the inside he has no time or height, and there's no holes for the run game. If he can score 1 or 2 IOL free agents that would be a solid move. Looks like there's some decent ones out there.
Lynch needs another rotational DE in the Hunter mold, an older vet that plays limited snaps that can still wreak havoc
In the draft we need to hit on our picks especially at LB and S. No more day 1 and 2 picks that never see the field in season 1.
Oh and forget Debo and BA. There's no reason to bring back our continue with dudes that don't put continued effort into being a pro.
