Every single team in the league needs and will take a player like Crosby

Hard pass on trading for Crosby.

Crosby is a million times better than ANY player we will take with #27. It's not even close.

He would probably be a bigger impact than any player we can get with our next two firsts and 2nds all combined.

I have no doubt about that. Problem is, it's gonna take much more than the 27th pick.

He's already on a contract… for $29M a year over the next 4 seasons. That's a bargain. Money is not the issue here.

You're saying crosby wont ask for his true value as part of an extension or restructure? Hard to belive after his year -- worst team in nfl, number two in tackles and assists and 10 sacks.

That trade is horrible. Teams will definitely out bid that.

Crosby is set to have a nearly $36 million cap hit in 2026. Bosa is $42 million. That would be $78 million for your 2 edge rushers. The cap is supposed to be $305 million. You can't tie up 25% of your cap space in 2 edge rushers.

It wouldn't be $36M it would be $30M because of dead cap. Huff is already expected to be a $17M hit if we don't trade him.

Would you rather $72M for Bosa/Crosby or $60M for Bosa/Huff? Easy choice for me.

We can give them Brown, Winters and Mustafa as well LOL..
Also Raiders aren't going to want Mac. They're already taking their future face of the franchise #1 overall.

Aiyuk is dead weight at this point and his contract is untradeable.

Bryce Huff is the player they would take in a trade and who we would be willing to give up. It's him + significant draft capital (Raiders would want two 1sts, we'd try to haggle down to 1st + future 2nd). That's our best offer. Maxx would only cost $13M more in cap this year than Huff.

#27 overall
2027 2nd
Bryce Huff

Do it, Lynch! I wouldn't be mad and I've been someone thinking we need to save our draft capital!

Trade Huff and try to draft an edge rusher. You can't be paying that much for 2 edge players. Even Huff and Bosa is about 20% of your cap. One of the problems this team has is too much money tied up in 6 or 7 players. Many of them are older and are starting to break down. They can't afford to pay quality depth and that's been an issue. They have to start drafting and developing players AND keeping them instead of letting them walk because they can't afford them.

This team hasn't proven we can consistently draft young talent. We have had some hits but way more many misses.

This team doesn't sniff 4 wins without the trades for Trent Williams and CMC.

If we have the opportunity to add a top 3 edge and top 10 defensive player we do it and don't think twice about the draft capital.

This team rebuilt themselves from dog turds to SB bound in 3 years pretty much because of their drafting. Where they have struggled the most is when they believed they didn't have many holes on the roster - 2021-2023

Trent and CMC didn't cost multiple first round picks. And those trades were made when we had clear needs/holes at those positions.

I would love Crosby here and I'm sure they'll check on how much it will cost but I see another team(unfortunately maybe in our division) giving more because they feel better about the current state of their roster and cap space.
Go get Crosby! Give up the 1st numbskull.

This guy must be related to 9moon. Even in Madden that trade gets declined.

Need to throw in something like a 2nd and a 2027 3rd round picks. Basically have to outbid teams that are more desperate than the 9ers. Teams that don't have a Nick Bosa already on their roster. That trade is simply not happening for the 49ers.
