There are no longer any rules that prevent other teams from signing players off your practice squad. If they do they have to add them to their 53 man roster and guarantee them 3 weeks pay.

The Niners have signe dplayers off practice squads in the past. If there was one they felt could really help them I'm sure Lynch would sign him. Of course adding him to the 53 man squad means someone has to go.

Back to Lynch not being as good of a GM as 9moon. Or anything else Lynch/team move related.

IMO, Lynch could be a good GM but just can't make his own move because of Kyle.. he doesn't want to offend the guy because of their history.. and that really is preventing him from being a good GM

If you look around the league the best teams at drafting and developing are the ones where the HC and GM are in lockstep and work together to make their selections.

We don't know what Lynch would do on his own vs Kyle on his own. Maybe Lynch would trade for Mahomes and everything is magical. Or maybe he still takes Thomas and things go the same way. Maybe if Kyle didn't listen to John, he'd pass on the Jimmy G trade and sign Kirk Cousins in FA and we use that 2nd round pick for another player to help us get over the hump.

What we do know is despite the misses the team has been in position to win it all 4 out of the 8 years that duo has been calling the shots. And once we flipped that switch the two 6-10 seasons were filled with massive key injuries.

You guys go ahead and root for a change for changes sake to a complete unknown. I'll hope that we find a way to keep our squad healthy, find more young players to round out the team and get over that hump when it matters where the players make the big time plays in big moments cuz I know Shanahan will have them in position to do that.

Will you take a Warren Sapp over John Elway? The world should have learned on the Dan Marino mistake but obviously not.. I don't understand the sense of taking a possible All World DT over a possible All Pro QB. it's also obvious that he saw Lance as another " freak " that made him trade the entire ranch, too bad, the kid turned out to be a freak-a-bust.

It's time to make a change, Shanny can not continue to get a Pass because of injuries, player(s) he wanted but couldn't grab, over thrown pass. Maybe it's time to give the same Pass to a new HC.

Gipson was decent depth, we won't know for sure if Saleh / Koc could've somewhat resurrected him as his time was shorter than a midget in quicksand No worries tho, they signed Keion White.

Now go get Clelin Ferrell for pennies on the dollar... Saleh and Koc will resurrect him again
