We should be selling rn. Not buying
Why!!!! f**kin idiotic comment!!!! 49ers are 5-3 not 3-5!!!!
We might be without our starting QB, two starting WR's, starting LG and starting C on offense
And all 4 of our DE's, starting DT, and both starting LB's for next game.
The injuries don't stop and we aren't just one player away.
Exactly. And if people actually think aiyuk is gonna come back and ball they are crazy. Purdy is done they just won't come out and say it
People keep counting us out due to injuries yet we are 5-3. Add some veterans and I bet you we beat the Giants and Rams!!!!
We may be 5-3, but the real trend is that we're 2-2 the last four games, and those two wins were by the skin of their teeth against the Rams and against a bottom 10 Falcons team. And they had Warner for the Rams win.
The offense is crippled by the OL more than the loss of Purdy, Pearsall and Aiyuk, while the defense without Bosa/Warner/Huff is not stopping any Top 15 offense. That's a really bad combo. It means unless you can trade for 3 starting OL and all-pro pass rushers and MLB you're not winning the SB this year.
They need to overhaul the OL through the draft and continue to build the depth elsewhere. That's work for 2026. Duct taping the 2025 roster is just gonna drain the resources they need in the offseason.
This guy gets it.
He gets I guess if it's all doom and gloom. Tell the real truth, 49ers beat a good Falcons team and held Bijan Robinson in check. The same Falcons that put a beating on Buffalo.
Sure we're 2-2 but why do we have to trend down as you're making out to be. So we lost to the Texans, it says more about the game planning and lack of a couple of positions mainly D-line and Safety than it says about the team as whole.
The O-line honestly isn't as bad as you people make it out to be right now. For the most part McKivitz has been pretty solid, he just got his ass handed to him by Will Anderson. s**t happens, you're gonna have days like that. But again for the most part McKivitz has been solid.
What needs to change, aside from trading for players is Single should get his starting job back over Brown. And Chase Lucas needs to start over Stout. Brown is slow, slow to react and too slow to make a play.
