Womack doesn't / didn't seem bad. not sure what happened there

What happened was we were dumb enough to cut him over Ambry Thomas, who was later waived late in the season, made no sense to not keep Womack, he was a good CB, hate that we waived him, like when we did DJ Reed, but that made no sense to happen, I really blame the NFL for having teams reduce the 90 man roster to 80 players.

Really hope we go after Jadeveon Clowney. He could be a nice pass rusher in our NASCAR package when Mykel kicks inside on 3rd downs.

It's to prevent one team from having a competitive edge over the other team. It does make sense if one team is missing a lot more players cuz of injury so you don't have one team with their top 53 available to play while the other team only has say 43 plus 3 PS call ups.

Of course the other part of that is if a team is really injured you're only giving them less bodies than they may need to fill in for missing starters.

Definitely feels like with them looking to add another game they should raise the roster sizes and game day actives numbers. Going to need more bodies and depth to get through these seasons.

I don't mind his WR comment, but the rest (on Niners) is word fodder and really lame

wonder if we look at the schedule, see a window of opportunity and make another splash move or two. could use a corner.

I said that in the last 7 years (on 6 teams) he had years of 0, 2, and 3 sacks ... those years were 2019, 2020, 2022.

Clowney is a clown. Don't match the attitude required here at SF, reminds of the LB we had that quit on us last year.
