Sure. Shanahan is responsible for the QB he fields. Its crazy to think how the defense has kept us in these games for 3+ quarters and then be gassed half way through the 4th though. All because the offense couldn't move the ball. Than when you go back and check the film, the plays on offense were there to be made but the QB missed so many of them that the game was lossed.
You can't get up 2 scores late into the 4th QB without the defense, offense, special teams, game plan and in-game coaching all doing their part and executing.
I am not sure that you are aware of this but a 10 point lead isn't that great in the NFL. Also, when your offense scores less than 24 points in those games and the film shows receivers open on multiple plays but were not targeted by the QB. It means the play caller did their job but the QB failed to do theirs.
"10 pt lead isn't that great"
lol's
Over past three season, the
#49ers are now 3-2 with a 10-plus
point 4th-quarter lead in the
playoffs. The rest of the league is
23-0. The two losses, of course,
were Super Bowl LIV and today to
#Rams in NFC Championship
Game.

thank you
This crowd has already ignored this numerous times. At least YAC tried to spin it.
