Lynch's day one scorecard:
0-2 (loss Tomlinson and DJ Jones)
Time to get into the game John.

We were never paying that sort of $$$ to keep them.

It's sad. Day 1 of free agency are for teams who have a ton of cap space and suck for the most part.
but yet we have fans who expect the 49ers to somehow pull $20 million out of their butthole so they can overpay for one of these dudes.
The salary cap is BS. The Saints are 60 million over the cap every year and never lose anyone. Hand out huge extensions and are now trying to trade for Deshaun Watsons huge contract. The 49ers front office has failed miserably at getting a QB to win a Superbowl all the while leaving holes in the roster. Passed on Tom Brady for Jimmy. Huge fail. Last offseason CB acquisitions were a complete joke. What is this year 6 or 7 for Lynch and we still don't know if we have a f**king QB. More question marks then answers.
LOL tHE SaLAry CAp iS a MyTH
Saints are unable to sign any of their free agents this year. They are losing their all pro LT and the pro bowl S bc they literally don't have the space to sign them. I bet they have a # of players they are willing to trade away for Watson to help get them under the cap. And when have the Saints been the franchise to model your franchise after? WTF have they done recently other than lose to the god damn 49ers!!!

So, we've lost two quality starters and haven't signed anyone ourselves yet.

The cap isn't a myth, but there are ways to manipulate It, ala the Rams/Chiefs

Both have recently won a super bowl. Why would they need to freak out?

You can only do so much manipulating. Saints are a good example there.

I know, yeah. The Rams and chiefs both won super bowls by pushing the cap to the limit.

That Mahomes contract will eventually catch up.

I'm hating Lynch this offseason, but a superbowl and an nfc championship game in 3 years doesn't allow me to s**t on him... right now.

No doubt, at least they'll be able the say it was worth it, after winning x number of super bowls.
