John Lynch - 49ers GM

Not including this year's questionable choices. Thomas, Foster, Whiterspoon, Beathard, Joe Williams, Trent taylor, Pettis, Hurd, DJ Reed These are all 5th rounders or earlier that are no longer on the team in the league. Add in the Dee Ford trade and the Buckner trade and here we are. Kittle, Warner, Bosa, Mcglinchey, Taverarius Moore, Street, Deboo, Wishnosky, Greenlaw, Kinlaw, Aiyuk, Mckivitz, these are the 1st through 5th rounders still on the team. Kittle, Bosa, Warner, Deboo, Greenlaw and Aiyuk are really the only ones that look like core players and have or are showing potential. 6 players in 4 years not including 2021. Here are the rest of his picks 6th and up DJ Jones, Pita Taumoepenu, Adrian Colbert, Marcell Harris, Jullian Taylor, Richie James, Kaden Smith, Justin Skule, Tim Harris, Charlie Woerner, Jauan Jennings. Of this group DJ Jones and Marcell Harris have contributed the most and the jury is still out on Woerner and Jennings. Add all of this info with the fact they rarely sign big free agents, (Williams Sherm, and Mack very good signings) they keep recycling their own injured players like Ward, Tartt, Verrett, (great one year) Mosley, and Street Free agentsor low draft picks cast off from other teams. Then totally miss going with Ebukam and letting Hyder walk for less money than they paid Ebukam. My point is the worst thing Shanahan has done since coming here is hiring an unproven GM Lynch is nowhere near the top of the league and it is showing every day and I for one and not to this point impressed with the 2021 draft class and the fact we gave away the farm in that draft as well. Time to move on from Lynch.

Is it ok to be jealous of how the Rams run their organization? Like, literally every move I, as a fan, wanted us to make they made. How are they able to do this on such a consistent basis? Is there a possibility they have some dude lower on the GM/scouting totem pole we can snatch to replace Lynch with? f**k this is a hard year to be a 49ers fan. Hard enough that they're a better team right now, but almost every day is Christmas for their fans.

He wasn't coming here this year…we are contending for nothing and look in disarray.

That can be said for him, but not all of the other players they've added. The fact that they keep doing it proves it's possible, so what is going on here? We don't make acquisitions because the organization is content with the players we have. Someone needs to tell me how they can be content with dudes like Hurd, who never played a down, Ford and Kinlaw and who can't stay healthy, Armstead, who can't do anything. I mean, strictly from a fans POV, if you just wanted to buy a jersey, look how many you have to choose from there lol.

We waive Jalen Hurd and the Rams signing OBJ. This pretty sums this FO. Bad drafting and pick ups, no aggressiveness. John Lynch and Shanahan have to go. Shanahan is an OC not a head coach nor talent evaluator and Lynch is his yes man.
