As incompetent as York may seem, he has been doing well not to say anything official about Shanahan being hired. He even joked about it prior to the NFL Honors show when NFL.com interviewed him.

I think if you win, wait till Wednesday and give him a couple days. If he loses, give him a day and do the PC on Tuesday lol.

With Shanahans offense we definitely need fast RBs. I think we can get away with average WR for now, but I don't think this offense can function with dancing RB's.
