It's appropriate to celebrate a former owner's induction into the HOF...why wouldn't the Niners do that???? As for the game, sure the Pats will run roughshod over us, just like every other team has. Shoot, I'd pay good money to see Brady and the Pats...they ARE what the Niners would like to be...a winning organization from top to bottom.

Eddie will probably leave as soon as the ceremony is over. He will not able to stand to watch what his nephew has done to this once proud franchise.

Was it ever explained why his sister was not required to give the team back? It seems like she stole the team lol

She did. She forced his hand into relinquishing the team.

How much did the pardon cost?

He could be great or it could be worse. He was awesome but he lived in a time he could buy whoever he wanted. Sort of like today's Dodgers but not to that extreme. Point being that era can never be replicated again and if he had to work in today's NFL who knows. It's best to leave and appreciate that era as it was.
Jed has given his staff everything they've wanted. If we never get to the promised land and win it may be, not that it is, a case of holding John too long. But Jed is a good owner. His recent misfortune is embarrassing for sure but I hope it buries and we move on.

God is there anyway he can get the team back...with him at controls we would be much more likely to win a SB.
Our majority owner spends his time with prostitutes in trailer parks.

I bet if he came back, our injury luck would turn around permanently, and we'd be healthy for the next 10 years.
