one thing that SF will HAVE to do in order to win this game is not give Cam and Co. short field situations. I could be wrong but I think NC is pretty good at scoring TD vs FGs in the red zone.
We can't be throwing out a whole quarter of 3 and outs and expect to win....not against a team that lead the league in PTs/G last yr (and that was without their #1 WR)

You do realize that Greg was the "Running game coordinator" while he was with the 49ers right. He told Frank to run the ball good. He had a job because of Harbaugh. Kinda like how the dude we have for OC now has a job just because of Chip. lol

I'll be pleasantly surprised if the Niners keep it close...2nd year in a row NFL does them no favors by having them play the late opening MNF game, then on short week have to travel to Eastern time zone to play a 10am (PT) game....against a team that hasn't played in 10 days.

As far as I know Roman was the play caller not just run plays...the 1st 15 plays of the game where scripted most times and yes every play had to go through the HC.
I've never heard that he was "just the RB Coordinator"
