I think how bad he is withe head coaches should be considered. You can blame York but he has a hand is this matter as well. I graded him a C but I think after this year it will be C-ya later.

He's decidedly below average. So I gave him a D. He has systemically drained Scot McDrunkman's talent laden roster pretty much every year since the 2012 draft. He has proven that trading down for quantity doesn't work when you have no talent evaluation skills to begin with.
Compare his disastrous tenure (6 years now) with the masterful 2 year rebuild that Walsh did for us in 2000-2001.

This. Its good that we have ample space, but it doesnt benefit us if we dont have any talent to re-sign and we refuse to sign free agents. Having cap space in san francisco is an oxymoron.
