Keith Reaser - 5th
Kenneth Acker - 6th
Marcus Cooper - 7th
Chris Culliver - 3rd
Colin Jones - 6th
Curtis Holcomb - 7th

That's on top of spending a 1st and 2nd on 2 safeties.

That's a whole lot of draft capital for our secondary to still be asscheeks.

Honestly I like our secondary, now if there was a pass rush they would be even better
You mean if the high picks Baalke drafted worked out?

Armstead 1st
Buckner 1st
Carradine 2nd
Lemonier 3rd
Harold 3rd
Blair 3rd

Blairs a fifth but i get your point. Harold, Lemonhead, and Carradine were big swing and misses for Baalke which have really taken a toll on our pass rush. Lynch, Armstead, Blair and Buckner were good finds though.

Blair was a 5th round pick by the way

Agreed secondary and OL look much improved...qb/pass rush/WR will be the next positions to tackle.

I would really hope this doesn't come as a surprise to anyone. LOL

I think it's still a bit early to say anything about buckner but I'll give you that. Other then him though, Lynch is the only one with any real production and it's not like he's a star pass rusher.

I've seen those 2 against the run before.

Looked just like the Seattle game. All of the big runs came off of Buckner getting beat. Doesn't help that Ray Ray's backup was useless. 1st round picks usually make an immediate impact. Seattle was supposed to be the team with the bad oline. Oh yeah, they are lol. We're the only team that gave up a 100 yard game to Christine Michael and he only needed one half to do it.

That same oline dominated the jets dline which is miles better then ours(Wilkerson, Leonard, etc). The zone blocking scheme exposes the 3-4 for some reason. It's maddening, belichick used to get dominated by shanahan for the same reason.

The Niners biggest problem is losing Ian, he was their best player last year.

But he's great at drafting defense.

You mean the Ian Williams that played when we gave up 200+ yards to Rawls? That guy?

Oh BTW Seahawks OFF
week 3 vs 49ers: 418 tot yards, 127 of those rushing
week 4 vs Jets 354 tot yards, 66 or those rushing

yep, Jets got dominated upfront just like us lol.

It was a home game for the jets and they got dominated by a inferior line, how do explain that

They basically have 3 pro bowlers up front

Pass rush?

I watched the game hoping for a Seattle loss, Seattle dominated offensively

You mean their sub par safeties and ILBs couldn't stop Jimmy Graham? Good thing we had that problem fixed. Oh wait, we gave up 100 yards and a TD to him while Michael and Baldwin both had their best games of the season. Yes, all this happened to the 9ers defense in the same damn game.

But we don't need fixing because the Jets couldn't contain the TE we couldn't. Keep up the good work, Baalke.

I didn't see one thing that Chris Davis did well. Not impressed at all from what little he showed. Hopefully this gets Dontae Johnson some playing time because I want to see why he can't beat out Acker last season, and Reaser this season.

I'm leaning toward attitude problem or lack of effort? He seemed to have the better skill set for the job.
