Oh boy, I hope so.
Aug 14, 41 days away, then we get a glimpse of what Bowman looks like, but reports out of OTA's look good for him.

Yea he was interviewed and basically said he doesn't have to do nearly the same amount of prep work to get ready for physical activity. That's great news

Yes it is!
Jeez, bleedsredandgold, REALLY? I agree with cc, English and everyone else. Awful, just awful. You ever considered taking a mulligan?
Not really excited about the upcoming season. Looks like it's going to be another very long season as I don't see much talent on the team. Looking at the schedule the 49ers could be 1-6 or 2-5 going into the Bye Week..

Week 1 - Rams- Win
Week 2 - @Panthers - Lose
Week 3 - @Seattle - Lose
Week 4 - Cowboys - Lose
Week 5 - Cardinals - Lose
Week 6 - @Bills- Lose
Week 7- Bucs- Win ( Maybe )

At the moment this team is a 4-5 win team at best.

Let's Go Niners!

I don't really care about the win loss column this year. I know it's not going to be good. I care about improvement on both sides of the ball. Can we score more than 13 ppg? Can we stop the big plays on defense? Can we keep games close? If the scores are somewhat close, despite the high amount of losses, I'll consider this season a success. This isn't a playoff team, nor should it be.

I want this team to show the rest of the league that they will not be an easy out even if they lose every game.

Why we losing to the Cowboys and bills?

Cowboys are at home - they're just a much better team than us right now.

Half their defense is suspended and our defense was much better at home last year. I think it will be much closer than people think.

Randy Gregory, Demarcus Lawrence, and Rolando McClain? Gregory was a backup as a rookie and has yet to have a sack in the NFL.Lawrence and McClain are role players and that hurts them a little, but half their defense isn't missing. Cedric Thornton was a decent addition for them which makes up for the Lawrence loss (albeit at a different position on the defensive line).

With a healthy Romo and Dez, the Cowboys are still an 8-10 win team even with a bad defense. They're going to run the ball down people's throats with Elliott behind arguably the best offensive line in the league. That offense is going to score a ton of points.

All three players you mentioned were going to be starters for them this season..not backups.

I'm not saying we are better but regardless of injuries they went 4-12, I could say we might as well have been injuried with the coaching staff we had last season lol.

And half the players is a figure of speech, I didn't actually mean half the defense ( it's 33% of there starting defense)
