I say its at least 95% chance Hayne scorers over 10 TDs with 1200+ yards. I have no doubt he can get those numbers if he's used correctly.

I think 1200 as a RB is very doable if he can beat out Hyde like I believe he can. They might not let him return kicks because he'd be too valuable at RB.

I've thought for a while that Hayne could find it harder to make the team this year. Be interested to know who at the Niners gave this appraisal.

You always think catastrophically. Don't be so negative. Hayne achieved a lot in a year under really bad coaching. He will be fine this year with much better coaches and he is as hungry as ever, if not more. He has a year's experience under his belt and he knows the standard he has to reach.

This is not accurate. I live north of that line and do not suffer from any of the symptoms you mentioned. I was born in NSW though

Nah, not really, I think of it as being realistic, or at least entertaining other potential outcomes. I happen to see it as a real possibility that Hayne may be waived or placed on the PS, but there's a lot of variables involved. I also think he can make the team but his performance is going to have to be much, much better this year. Just my opinion. Better coaching should see improvement from everyone, not just Hayne, and I'd expect them to have much higher expectations and standards than the previous regime, so coaches can be both good and bad for a player in Hayne's position, or where I see him positioned.

One thing is for sure, I'm definitely not stressed or wringing hands over Hayne and whether he makes it or not. I support the guy, sure, and full marks to him for what he's done/doing, but I'm not all that emotionally invested in the outcome.
