My guess:
OC - John DeFilippo
DC - Jerry Azzinaro -though I do like Tim Lewis

I don't see how Chip doesn't bring Azzinaro with him. 30 years of experience, and was his d-line coach and assistant HC. He did well with their d-line so I'd love him in that role, or as DC

I'm gonna help the guy turn our team around, and suggests the following:
OC/Play Calling - Chip Kelly himself

RB/TE Coach/Asst OC: : Tom Rathman
WR Coach: Keenan McCardell (Maryland)
OL Coach: Jeremy Newberry
DC: Lovie Smith
DL: Dana Stubblefield
LB: Derek Smith
DB: Eric Wright

Ian Rapoport @RapSheet 1m1 minute ago
Name to watch for #49ers coach Chip Kelly's offensive coordinator: Ryan Day. The 35-year old spent a year as QB coach with Kelly, ex-BC OC

Pat Shurmur might soon be available:
Ian Rapoport @RapSheet
The #Eagles are hiring #Chiefs OC Doug Pederson as their he'd coach as soon as his season is finished, source said. @LesBowen on it first.

I pray we fire him and go after someone who makes sense for the personnel we have on defense.
Year 1, starters weren't old enough to rent a car. We had one of if not the best defense in the NFL at home
Fair enough, but we got routinely blown out on the road so my point stands.

In our situation I believe that the new coach gets to decide who stays on our current staff and then pick the rest of the staff. Some situations it's the new coach, some situations the gm has some say (rare they would pick entire staff), some times the owner has a say in one or more coaches. Like I said though in our situation I believe Jed said the new coach will pick his own staff but I wouldn't be surprised if Trent is right there giving his input on the current staff and maybe giving suggestions for the new staff but Kelly has final say.
