The Power of the 49ers must hire Shanahan over Kelly. Players will already have excuses of not getting along with Kelly because of his background.. .The minute a player is traded, the team goes sour, it will simply because of Chip, Chip and more Chip.. so, in this case, between Shanny and Chip, it would just be WISER to go with Mike Shanahan.
