Don't think so. Kap has a short release and isn't very accurate ESPECIALLY on short to intermediate throws. I even question how effective his running ability would be in Chip's offense.
Kap is straight line fast, not a scrambler (think RW or Michael Vick).....gonna be hard to sell those QB keepers when defenders know thay he can't do much while moving laterally.
Not necessarily saying that I'm on board, but an interesting option here is RG3.
