Another benefit of hiring Holmgren - he's probably the only worthwhile HC that would keep Rathman but jettison everyone else, and NOT be considered an agreeable York lackey in doing so.

if our DL coach can be HC, TE coach can be our DC and our QB coach can become OC, why not RB coach to HC? makes sense. JEd still saves monies.
