Out of coaching for 7 years in an ever evolving sport. Is he second stint Dick Vermeil or is he coming out of retirement Bill Parcells or Joe Gibbs ?
No doubt he brings a good staff with him though.

At this point, I'm willing to take anyone over anyone on the current coaching staff. Too bad it won't happen. Jed's head is so far up his own ass, he has no clue which way to pull to get it out.

He wasn't successful there either. He made some poor personnel decisions which set them back further (if that's possible).
