"I left my heart in San Francisco": The End of an Era Thread

There is far too much bitter resentment around these parts and not near enough gratitude for the ride we have been on, which is now tragically nearing its end. Call me a homer, I don't care. I have been here a long ass time. Been a niner fan for a lot longer. I have agonized with all of you over our losses and close misses. I have seen with you this proud franchise lose a Super Bowl. I watched dudes get carried out on the shield with you. I have, we have, seen it all in the past year and a half.

It has been a longer time since I have watched our franchise rise and fall with players that I watched play much of their career. I watched and many of the older folks around these parts watched it happen to the 1994-95 Title team. So for them, for us, for you, I give you this post. Feel free to add to it. But please, keep the snide remarks out of it. This is for reflection and gratitude.

I was on Football Cloud 9 from September 2011 until January 2014. I'll never Forget. Thanks for an awseome fun ass ERA 49ers.

You see when he caught that ball I was in the living room,. I must have blacked out in sheer joy because when I came to I was under my table with one leg bust out and me holding it up. I slid tackled that b***h,. It felt so good. Thanks VD "the old version"
