RG3 is still riding on the college highlight hype and what hope of an NFL franchise owner can get out of him. It's obvious his college game doesn't translate to the NFL and he will soon be a backup or a starter somewhere out of the NFL.

No, not even close, RG3 to me is too injury prone, and I wouldn't trust the offense with him. I think he gets cut before his 5th yr option becomes guaranteed on 1st day of 2016 league year.
