Yeah I kinda saw a little bit of that too.
I noticed that as well...that he wasn't as jovial as he's been, short with his answers and not giving the media anything. The rest were very engaging and personable. Maybe it's the whole "Just be yourself" that JT is encouraging? Maybe that IS just him?

Maybe at some point JT will sit down with Kap and tell him he should be more engaging with the media.

Why do people care about how Kaepernick answers questions? What does that have to do with his progress as an NFL QB? Everything we've seen this off season has been a positive. I'm very excited to see if these things the defense has been talking about, looking off receivers, throwing with touch, throwing the deep ball so it hangs and comes down, all translate to game time performance. That's the biggest and almost the only thing I'm looking for with Kaepernick. Talking to the press is irrelevant.

Well a good amount of people said Harbs attitude was making Kap that way. Obviously if he's playing well it becomes a IDGAF. But if he's appearing stressed and uptight something could be wrong.
