even if the pick doesn't make sense until later.
i remember the zone exploded with the Aldon pick.
although debatable on how good of a pick he was with character at least there was production.

as for the unis...i am only interested in wins...and unis don't win games.

Here's hoping Stoney is right. I want the Niners to make a splash today, not do what's "logical". This team needs something more positive to build some momentum going into the rest of the offseason.

i am sorry if it is not splashy but they just need to have a good meat and potatoes draft that address our team needs. the niners do not go for splashy in free agency nor in the draft. in terms of your thinking the team NEEDS something positive,,, there are many here who think alot of positive things have already taken place starting with the wise decision to bring in new coaches across the board. that is all in the eye of the beholder. i think there is plenty of momentum moving foward

Logical first pick after decent value trade down. Armstead definitely looks like Tarzan and plays like Jane...........for now. Hope they can coach him up and get the player that dominated late in the national title game, not the average player that was around most of the year.

And the uniforms are ridiculously plain. They look like high school practice jerseys. Unbelievable.
