Aside from 2012, his draft record is pretty damn good. You'll have a hard time finding a team that's drafted better from 2010-2014. Probably only Seattle. Don't know wtf happened in 2012, but I think Baalke learned his lesson. Draft what you know, stick to the core philosophy. Draft big, productive, bad ass players.
