Nope this isn't Stud. I use to be on the forum as 49ersfan back in 2005 but lost the account due to inactivity.

I've seen your other posts before, so I had the idea you weren't him....I was just messing with the other Stud.

Disagree, but then my Great Aunt use to call the rowdies in her classroom little thugs. That was in the forties and fifties.

Keep in mind the context under which Kap is referred to as a "thug". It's not because he has a criminal record, or has displayed any violent or "aggressive" tendencies. It's strictly based on appearances. His tattoos, his choice of clothing, accessories or even how he wears his hat. It's an image thing...and that's something is quite transparently racist to me.

My little white brother dresses the same way and has more ink. Black people dont have an image patented that's exclusive to them.
Have a 20 year old loser nephew who will wear a hoodie, side ways hat, and his ink is homemade garage jobs he has traded for drugs and items he had stolen. They look like low grade prison done ones, If he wasn't a Packer fan Kaepernick would be his hero. He is a ginger. He listens to gangsta rap and the only knowledge he retains is the arrest record of his favorite hip hop artists.
Lol kap homers now out of excuses are resorting to racism. Very sad

Of course it does and that was the point I was trying to make. Not surprising I was attacked. I see a whole bunch of confirmation bias in here.

If you've never heard someone call a white person a thug you need to get out more. This is a two way street not racism.. Anywho, even if one person called him a "thug" that's the smallest minority. Stop trying to paint the rest of us some picture because your painting is wayyyyyyyy off. The vast majority of us think he's just a bad qb. Now you can sit here and take that and spin it in your own way, make your own assumptions etc, all that tells me is you yourself have racial problems going on inside yourself to resort to such a thing so I'm done arguing or even listening to such a person so unfortunately blind fury you will probably be my first and last person who ever reaches my ignore list because it takes alot and you single handily have derailed this thread with complete fairy tails that everyone's sick of.. Anywho I'm done talking about it, it's turned into a racial thread and ppl defending themselves because people are calling them racist with no facts or evidence. It's stupid. Enjoy calling other people racist, but I myself am done partaking in some racist post conversation that has nothing to do with football. Keep attacking people with your posts and claiming everyones racist that's all your posts are good for. If you talking about racist bull sh*t don't bother quoting me or asking me a questiong about it cause I won't reply back.

but..that is part of his business. I can't get mad at him for getting endorsements, when he took a tean friendly deal.

as far attitude, I think he's been fine all season...in comparison to Harbaugh years.

Why does any of this matter? This is my point. People like to pick on irrelevant things. The tats, how he talks, the headphones, how he wears his hats, his hair, just stupid stuff.

He's the QB and should be leading the team. How the heck can you have the respect of the whole team looking like a fool and playing like garbage at the same time. Do you see Bow or Boldin trying to be all swag on interviews? Like I said I like Kap and want him to do well but I swear he's more concerned about his look than the game.

He should try to look more like a great QB...

LOL!

I am just commenting on the "thug" slur. I don't get it.

C: Bill Laimbeer, Detroit Pistons

This "Bad Boy" Piston was the epitome of the 80's Pistons style of play. He probably has the NBA record for most punches thrown at because he dished out flagrant fouls that even the NBA refs couldn't miss.

If the NBA paralled wrestling, he would be the ultimate heel, a reason why his nicknames included "The Prince of Darkness," "Street Thug," and the "Ax Murderer."

he and rick mahorn were mcfilthy and mcnasty
He is a terrible QB and wants to emulates thugs with his appearance. Like someone else said, google image "thug", that is what society thinks a thug looks like and Kap has that look down.

It was a very simple comment that of course a certain group have taken and run with. There's nothing sadder than blind hatred. Maybe he would play better if he dressed like a business man or like these guys? Never heard anything about how they dressed.

It has more to do with today's connotation of a thug..and that is typically a black person. I don't agree with it, but that is the connotation. But if you don't agree then I really don't know what more to tell you.

Anyways, lets move on. This discussion isn't going anywhere.

I'll be the first to admit, I was always and still am an Alex Smith supporter. When Kaepernick became the starter I was upset because I felt Smith was finally coming into his own. I had invested so much time in supporting Smith it was difficult to see him be benched. However, I never neglected or denied Kaepernick's talent! I wasn't a big fan of his show boating and that's the only thing I never liked about him. Only because I've never been a fan of cocky players but he was backing it up so I can't blame him. I just felt he was bringing to much attention to himself and now it's probably somewhat hurt his confidence. I want any 49er to succeed. I support Kaepernick now so I hope he does well! I just felt like I had to share that. Go NINERS!

The most honest alex fan comment I've seen since joining.
Kap gonna get sacked 10 times against the Rams d and than Tomsula give him a cuddle on the sideline so he don't cry

I wish this team was in philly so there were a chance Jim T and Kap would get hit in the face with batteries while on the sideline. Bums.
