Alex had proven nothing at the time of the restructure. Give me a break. The money means nothing. I don't get why it's such a big deal. Is it keeping the team from improving? Did the team do anything with the extra cap space they had this season? The money is just a way for some haters to justify in their minds that Kaep has to go.
So basically 9ers: "Hey Kaep, we're going to pay you less than the open market value so we can sign other players to improve the team. We won't sign anyone, give you a crap line, a crap HC, get you injured because of their incompetence, leak a bunch of BS stories about you and then ask you to restructure even though your salary isn't keeping us from signing anyone" C'mon.
