Learn the facts.

That's his own fault... So is sh!tting on the man that holds your job in his hands... Harbaugh has himself and only himself to blame for getting fired.

You do realize 120% = he's out of the NFL

Good Riddance!

(and BTW since you didn't get it, 110% = cut and back to the bench for good as a permanent backup else where lol)

That is a dumb thing to guarantee.

He has a number of serious question marks.

For me, his problem is between his ears.

I can't pinpoint it but something in his attitude reeks of negativity.

Joe's attitude and Steve's attitude was all about beating the other team.

I feel Kap's attitude is it's about him.

Kap has regressed since the SB choke and he has a bunch of flaws and shortcomings as a NFL QB he hasn't fix. It is the main reason why the 49ers is in ruin once again, that's the bottom line and it was HARB who bet and gamble on KAP.

If kap was good in 2014 would Harb be fired??? Could York had any reason to fired Harb if they went 15-1, 14-2, 13-3, 12-4, 11-5, or even 10-6 with kap and beat Seattle 2x to make the play-offs in 2014?

The 49ers is where they are right now because of kap and his shortcomings. Plain and simple.
how can you say Kaep was bad in 2014 ?

24th in completion %, 17th in yards and TD passes, 20th in rating. Plus 52 drive killing sacks. Kap brings a lot of the sacks on himself. Below average body of work to say the least.

52 drives ended on sacks?
I do not believe that to be a fact.
Really need to make a thread where those who hate Kaep can congregate and s**t on him....This is getting ridiculous.

Don't let it get to you man. You already know why it's so personal about Kaep.

Geez guys can we just stop with that

Verb is ruining this thread already with bs nonsense

Don't blame you for being upset! He's taken your job!
verb is doing his impression of AB

Leave AB out of this, I don't blame him for being mad. I actually think we all should be mad to an extent.

We went from elite to laughing stock just ask anyone outside of NT.

Roman was great as the OC the first couple of seasons, then the rest of the NFL figured him out and he was incapable of adjusting to that reality.

As good as we were (2011-2013), we weren't good enough as our flaws were exposed in every one of those postseason losses.

I'm irritated how everything went down with the coaching staff overhaul. I would have loved it if the old D-staff were still here, but am cautiously optimistic that this coaching staff can live up to and surpass (offensively speaking) the previous regime.

I remember that no one expected the 49ers to reach the playoffs, let alone the NFC title game, in 2011 and we did.

It turned out we had a good roster that needed equally good coaching. I have faith that the 2015 49ers, coaches and players, have the same ability to shock their detractors.

The thing that irked me the most about Roman was his desire to be smarter than others. When he had a play that worked he would go away from it or forget it and try getting something else to work that didn't before. It was force of will versus common sense. The same flaw that plagued Harbaugh. The best example is that that final drive of the super bowl. Our offense was shredding Baltimore all the way down the field and then we get inside the 10 and Roman calls the same fade route to Crabtree on back to back plays. That play NEVER worked at anytime during Kap's, Crab's or Roman's time in SFO. One couldn't throw it, the other couldn't elevate to catch it and the latter couldn't stop calling it. And slowness of the play calling cost us a TD when we had to take that timeout inside the 5. Another stupid aspect that plagued Harb's time in SFO. He never changed. Oh, and the fact that once inside the 10 they completely forgot what got them down there: Frank Gore.

Ray Lewis was a liability for Baltimore and the 49ers saw it but refused to attack that weakness on the final drive. It cost all of us.

I think he's more or less of product of the turmoil that was going on within the team for a variety of reasons. I won't forget the success that he had and it wasn't just running. He can throw with the best of them when he is on. But, he lacks consistency with that all too often. He's also lost his desire to run when needed because he's forcing himself to stay in the pocket and be a passer. Run while you can young man is what I say. My biggest gripe about him is probably what is most damning for him. I think he's mentally week. He doesn't have a short memory and it effects his play after a bad play. He becomes really hesitant which paralyzes him. Early on it wasn't that way. that first playoff game against Green Bay, he could have folded after the pick 6 but didn't. He had confidence then.

I think he can be fixed, I think he can still be dangerous but what the knew staff needs to build is his confidence. Yes, he should be further along in his progress. He's not. Harbaugh protected him with play calling, etc. Tomsula and Baalke hung him out to dry this last year and now Kelly will be tasked with doing to Kap what Harbaugh did to Alex. Rebuild a broken part.

We. shall. see.

So where did that guy go?

He got figured out by the whole NFL.

Good defenses like Seattle, he can never do all of that over-hyped over-rated nonsense (the nonsense Harb mistakenly bet on and failed and got fired) in that video and carry the team to wins (too inconsistent and too many QB shortcomings).

Until he proves otherwise, < I'll say that for his blind die-hards, but he has yet to do that

Maybe he'll get 1 more chance with Kelly, but I highly doubt he improves from last season, he's done.

If I was the 49er FO, I would trade or cut him now.

Dude, did Kap f**k your girl or what?
Give it a rest already. Good defenses figured Kap out? Really?
Have you watched football for more then two years cause I think Seattle has shut down a lot of good TEAMS. Not only Kap.
All these posts are so old already.

I didn't mean it that way, was using "drive killing" as an adjective.

I have to disagree with you. Because the main strength he had was he had a short memory. GB playoff game threw a pick 6. He forgot about it and had a great game. That would destroy so many guys. Look at Hoyer self destructing last week.

Kaep was always able to have a short memory. In addition, a mentally weak guy does't come back against good teams in the playoffs.

Is he broken now? For sure, but to say he's mentally weak? I disagree wholeheartedly. He just needs some support as does every player who's struggling. I think a lot of fame came to him quickly and he thought things were always going to be easy and that got to him. Didn't help that his team around him got worse very year. We will see what happens though. I don't even know if he will be given a chance to turn it around given the way this fanbase is. If not, hope it happens somewhere else.
Don't be surprised if Gabbert beats out Kap for the starting job.

I'm sure you're hoping for it. But if that does not happen, will you be OK?
restructure his contract, convert him to WR or TE and draft Goff. the trick play possibilities are endless and Kap is fast as s**t. i dunno, hopefully Kap can be Kap again and not be 7tormcloud or whatever the f**k he calls himself now that he sucks.
