You and anyone still thinking kap has a chance to improve, needs to realize the state of the team, this would be his 3rd 49er head coach, he needs to relearn a new offense with his low QB IQ, he will still be in the NFC West facing Seattle and AZ defenses 2x a year. Keep those facts in mind before you bother to think he will improve.

If kap is not done with 49ers this year, he will 110% be done after next season lol!

Not entirely true... I've seen plenty of average to mediocre QBs win Super Bowls over the years by being surrounded by great teams. A great Qb is not more important than having 1. Offensive line 2. A top ranked defense. 3. A strong running game 4. Coaching .... As a niners fan I value great Qb play as well, but it is not the end all be all in regards to winning a championship or winning. If you have the 4 things I mentioned you can win as long as you have a solid game manager at qb... I'll give some examples: Joe Namath, Jim McMahon,Phil Simms, Jeff Hostetler, Troy Aikman 3x, Brad Johnson, Trent Dilfer... football is a game that is won in the trenches first. QBs just get most of the glory and most of the blame. If I'm lying find me a qb that has won anything with a terrible line, terrible defense, no running game, and bad coaching... I'll wait...
