Why so he could make some of the weirdest trades in football? Kelly isn't what we need here.
I'd take him as an OC or possibly even head coach. But keep him as far away as possible from any type of personnel management.

I keep thinking what we need us a clean sweep. A new HC with a young, bright OC thst will be in line for a HC position. I think our new OC should be one of the current college head coaches. With an experienced head coach to guide the team.

Kelly would be awesome...

as an OC for Holmgren so the two can put together a hybrid offense that nobody woul have thought of.

Kelly is not that old...if he were humble enough, I think learning under Holmgren can prolong his career..instead of just taking the first HC job offered to him.

It took alot to learn about how to deal with players in the NFL..so much so it got him fired. Learning under Holmgren for a year or two, would give him an opportunity that Andy Reid, Gruden, Mooch, etc all had...and many other coaches never got.

At first i was against the Holmgren idea..but if it were like this, with Kelly eventually taking over... I'm all for it!!!!!!!!!

buuuuuut, doubt Kelly is that humble...lol.
