lol. Steve Young got benched. Others have had it happen too. Doesn't mean they were totally done. Doesn't mean Kaepernick is done. I think CK comes around in a few more years perhaps, if his confidence isn't too shaken to recover. Once he learns just to play QB, sort of like Alex, Rich Gannon, Randall Cunningham, etc. -- he'll be fine. He's just not there yet. Too much thinking so he's way too slow to react.
Kaepernick has been much slower to re-adapt to the NFL than the NFL had been to adapt to him. That's the problem. Until that changes AND CK has a significantly better supporting cast, CK is going to look exactly like he has.

Yeah I believe he is done here because we dont have the structure in place to be successful. Hopefully we can good rookie QB and not ruin him like this franchise does.

If we do take a QB in the first round, we can't start him, not behind this OL. He'll get killed.
