I think that would be a amazing spot for Kap....trade us Mychal Kendricks and a draft pick for Kap.

They get a QB that might actually work out in that system and get to dump Kendricks contract, SF get's a young stud ILB next to Bow and a draft pick

Better get Cox Fletcher and Barwin, Connor were pretty good a defense.

I dunno the Jets and the NY Media would eat him up. If Kap can't handle the bay area media I'd hate to see how he handles them in NYC. Tho Philly is also a big market, I think he'd do better there, just on the idea that its more quiet.

I don't think Kaep really cares what the media says. Kaep isnt out here trying to tear down the 49ers with leaks. That's the 49ers who have the issue with media. On top of that, Kaep went and got help in the off season, too bad the 49ers didnt.

LMFAO

He doesn't throw quick enough to excel in PHI's system. His running...maybe but not his throwing. I am hoping he gets out of this rutt but as I felt Alex can only go so far, I feel Colin has some major issues about fundamental QBing.

kap is nto a qb, hes an athlete trying to play qb. as cliche as that sounds, its the truth. dude could be an olympian but he isnt even close to having the mental part of being a qb down.

Nick Foles doesn't have a quick release, chip's offense is designed to get one player open. Kap isn't gonna have to go through a ton of reads and it's all option based with a huge emphases on the running game. Perfect for him there.

I hear ya but you gotta see the patterns. Kaps biggest weakness is throwing his receivers open, ala taking a chance. He might not care what the media says but I believe it does affect his style of play. I think he's way more risk adverse right now because of the media and what that's done to his head. He does not resemble the 2012 all-in Kap. He's no longer even remotely in a gunslinger mentality.

Not speaking about the fans tho. Also if Vick could survive there, fresh outta jail, yet Geno gets raped from day 1. Imo NY is the worst.

Would be a bad move to trade him, I say let him sit a few games and while gabbert is stinking it up give kap another shot to play.

There is a first time for everything. I agree with you (unless you are being sarcastic ... lol).

just call it like I see it.
agree. you never know what it will do to him. let him set on the bench. if gabbert stinks you go back to ck,, if gabbert does well, maybe it will give ck a swift kick in the ass. along with everything else, he has not had a qb since alex to push him in practice. i am opposed to trading him now. then you are left with gabbert and probably need to sign that red skelton guy we had on team ten times last year

I still think Kap doesn't think it's him. I wish Gabbert plays well so Kap wakes the f**k up.

Not toying around more with the OL is perplexing. They need to at least try to move Boone back to the right to see if it helps with some balance but even Boone is playing like crap which leads me to believe it's the young Center or the QB. Either Martin or Kap are not making the correct OL calls.

If we can get a backup for Blaine somewhere I'm totally OK with trading Kap. With the Bye coming up after this week there's really only one game that we'd be at serious risk of not having a ready backup (Falcons game).
