Having Willis back would could a season turn around for us... Willis and Bowman are family and that leadership would be great.

I'd say Willis, but not by much.
Borland seems like a 0% chance to return. He has a fundamental problem with the injury risks associated with football and that's not going away any time soon. He's certainly played his last down.
I give Willis a 1% chance of returning. I personally think he's done for good. At his farewell presser he looked burnt out and relieved to be leaving the game. Maybe his feelings change, but I wouldn't bank on it.

I think the actual answer is neither.
But if I HAD to pick one, I'd say Willis. There's a 0.00000000001% chance he would have a year off, start feeling great physically, and think he could come back.
Borland's issue is more philosophical, which I don't see him changing.

Don't think either will come back. I don't know if Borland is going to have to worry about joining the preverbal rat-race either, he made decent money in 2014 and could use it to start his own business. If I had to choose I'd say Pat....with only a year under his belt its clear Chris Borland doesn't think as highly of the sport as Willis who played much longer.

Agreed, Willis has played and Borland figured out in one year he cant do this. Willis has a better chance, if he wanted to
