Bringing back BB would not be a shock since he would be an inexpensive resign. Ideally you bring in a starter and BB is your experienced backup.

Let's all pray that's the plan, and not them starting Bartch.

If we could get a 3rd round pick I'd trade him and just draft Max Iheanachor OT in the 1st round.

Rip band aid off

I've read the Chiefs would be very interested. They're should be in contention again and really need a LT.

There's a chance the only change we make this offseason on the Oline is promote Colby to LG and roll with it again.

We could have both predicted this. In FA, O-line contracts are always insane prices. I actually agree with avoiding FA o-line, but that would mean you draft and develop your own o-line, which they really don't do. This draft is 7 picks. it could be 2-3 more d line, and 3 o-line then one lucky WR to bench lol

No Mahommes I guess for half the year at minimum.

i think only glaring need is LG. It seems that will be upgraded in draft maybe? I actually like our depth now

I think Brendel is a glaring need but the team obviously is content with him.
Here's one for you. Drew Dalman-what if he really didn't retire? Chicago still owns his rights. What would those rights be worth should he have a change of heart/mind? These retirement announcements are pretty much final but I'd gamble with a 7th round pick swap down the road for those rights. You never know what could happen.
I keep having to remind myself…

This o-line that got us into the playoffs and beat the eagles in round 1, seems to be very underrated.

We were one game away from being the number one seed in the NFC. Maybe we don't need what we consider elite o linemen? If not, what does this say about Trent Williams value?

Good post!

IMO, we made it into the playoffs because of Purdy's pocket mobility and CMC.

I read that Purdy ran for over 400 yards behind scrimmage in the debacle loss to Seattle.

We really need improvement there as well as Trent's heir apparent.

We're 2nd worst in NFL for drafting OLine.
