kinda hope trent just retires. it's a huge cap hit and this team needs to get younger. maybe he can just ride off here into the sunset

From my research, whether Trent retires or not this year, we are still stuck with a crazy cap number and dead money.

100%, and expecting it - expecting much improvement in the trenches for next season if this team is serious about protecting their franchise QB and being a strong SB contender.

Good news is we are in position for one of the top two tackles as of today. If I had to guess they will both go sooner once actual draft day arrives because most teams actually value the position unlike us lol

There's more than just two good tackles in the draft. And I think Conerly will be a better pro than either of those two.
