Just rewatched and wow, yup, he was starting at LT. Well now I'm even more terrified about our OL depth.
I was told no teams have o line depth.

They're called backups for a reason.

Yeah, but seeing how the o line is not a priority for 7 years wears you out.

IMO, we're in deep poop if any of our OLine starters go down.

Trey Lance had an average overall TTT of 3.31 seconds on Sunday. His average TTT before being pressured was 3.87 seconds. That 3.31 seconds was the 3rd highest amongst all QB's who had at least 7 dropbacks and the 11th highest average TTT before being pressured.
The problem wasn't pass pro on Sunday. The problem was the indecisiveness of Trey Lance on those 3 step drops Shanahan was calling early on Sunday.

Top 10 overall in 2022 and top 6 in both sack% as well as pressure rate allowed. Not bad at all for something that is not "prioritized".

I hope the 49ers are going to look at other options for O-Line back-ups via a trade or the roster cut-down lists. These back-ups are the worst group I've seen in recent memory. They were OFFENSIVE to watch in that Raiders game (pardon the pun). I don't think we can compete for a Super Bowl with the current back-up group if we lose any OL starters. Who is the favorite to be the back-up center?

Feliciano will probably be the backup center

Foerster saw him as a C here and now there's quite a few bodies so he got moved back out to T. IIRC, that's where he played in college.
