Harvin especially -- he would've put up huge numbers, and considering that he took a one-year deal anyway, it would've gone a long, long way to rebuild his status/value in the league.
he visited the pats yesterday and i don't know if they offered him a contract but i have to assume they didn't. not sure why he would choose us playing in probably the toughest division in football with a QB who refuses to check down to RB's vs. the patriots who get a free pass to a home playoff game every year and tom brady throws aboutu a million check downs per game.
i don't mind the signing so much and it could be good for us if reggie can stay healthy
Bush is 30 and nearing the end of his career. I'm sure we offered more money than New England, we have a lot more cap room. Bush probably went to the highest bidder, and given his career is almost over it's not surprising. Harvin, though... really puzzled why he'd go to Buffalo.

I swear sometimes I understand why people see 49er fans as pretentious and spoiled.

I mean who do you want them to go out and get? We just lost Gore. Kendall is coming off an ACL. WE NEED DEPTH. How many would agree that he's better than Alfonso Smith? I raise my hand.
Every one needs to chill out. Reggie Bush at 30 is better than any other back up we have. And I Include Kendall Hunter.
