Guys. This has been one of the most epic news days in recent memory for most of us. Our team has seemingly been decimated by the events today, and I doubt a lot of 49er fans young and old are dreaming out. Not saying we'll be better, not saying we will be worse. Don't leave. Don't burn your jersey, or tear down your posters. Don't sell your autographed merchandise or your memoribelia. Be faithful. In the 2000's when we dove into obscurity it was miserable. I think we can agree we don't want that ever again and that's what we are afraid of. I am... However. If any other team in the NFL lost what we did they would have no chance. We still have a very talented roster, and are in a great spot in the draft. I still believe in kap, Vernon, bowman, Reid...we have cornerstones for a successful and quick reload. Be chill homies. We gained some cap space, opened some roster spots and will get a little bit younger. Go Niners.

I am not going anywhere unless we employ Hardy or continue to employ Miller should he prove be a woman beater. I don't truck with that s**t and I won't support a franchise that does.

Was Hardy found to have beat a woman? I don't know because I haven't followed his case but if he hasn't he shouldn't be labeled by you or me as such. A horrible label to wear if you don't deserve it

He paid her off to drop the charges....she literally disappeared and the legal team said the settled out of court for an undisclosed amount of money.
