We probably will secure the number 1 pick in the draft with a loss, but the Rams will clinch home field way before that last game and they will again play all their subs. Niners will win and lose the first pick and Bosa to either the Raiders or Cardinals.

But since this is the silver lining thread, we can get yet another interior D-lineman in Oliver I guess..

No f**king way we better try to win that game, I don't give a f**k of you play to win. We already f**ked up by losing Garrett with that bs, this front office better look at the big pic. Winning the last game of the year when you been pretty much done when your qb was lost for the year would be a huge f**k up. Play Mullens if you have to

That's the good thing about the Niners, Christmas always comes early with them if your a new or second year HC they give and they give and they give.

On the bright side, paper bag business will spike up in the next few weeks. Good for SF economy. Bad for Cleveland since theirs will Probobly go down.

Plus...paper bags much better for the environment than plastic.

The silver lining is we can go best player available in the draft and dont have to limit ourselves to drafting one position. We need everything.

I guess we're the perfect team, he'll fit right in

If he's smart, he'll sign with us in the future and become instantly rich w/out having to play much #Ward #Smith #Etc.

The only silver lining is nobody died or got a season ending injury. That is all.

Though we'll lose in GB, Foster's bionic ass just might send Rodgers away for the rest of the season. I don't really want that, but he has nothing to lose and GB's oline is banged up too.

I heard Foster showed up on the post game injury report on KNBR. Didn't say what and assumed it was minor.
