The way I take that comment is that a guy who is mobile is going to be inaccurate at times....because he is throwing on the run. As we have seen with Kap in the past, he can create huge plays with his mobility that don't require a ton of accuracy because he bought enough time for the WR to be open. If he were a statue QB, he probably would not have lasted the whole season behind that line. See Carson Palmer and Drew Stanton.
Yeah I agree. He's just saying that he sees value in being mobile. To help evade the rush when protection breaks down, or if there's a free rusher. WRs are asked to have a nice catch radius to make up for slightly inaccurate throws. No coach in his right mind would imply, "I don't care for accuracy". That's stupid and if that's what he meant he should be fired right now. But that's not what he meant.
